Do you want a change in your life?


Not everyone does, but some do! Maybe you feel stuck in a rut or just discontent believing there is a bigger picture...a better life available to you.


If you are desiring a change, there is one truth that cannot be denied .....


YOU CAN'T CHANGE YOUR LIFE UNTIL YOU CHANGE YOUR LIFE!


Repeating the same life tomorrow as the life you lived yesterday will only result in the same life you are living today. Something needs to change.


You know this....


Most of the time we don't know where to start or maybe the change seems too big to accomplish. We often believe that EVERYTHING needs to change at once and that is overwhelming!


So, we do nothing.


BUT, you don't need to change EVERYTHING....you just need to change SOMETHING!


If you want to change your life, choose just ONE new healthy habit to start tomorrow. Choose one change to your life...then stick to it.


Everybody can change something!


Intentionality spurs intentionality, and when you become intentional in one area of your life, the positive effects spill over into other areas of life.


Small changes become big changes over time.


Examples:


Wake up early

Eat healthier for one meal

Drink one less alcoholic beverage this week

Turn off the TV earlier

Go for a walk after supper each day

Journal each morning


Pick one new habit and start tomorrow.


You will be pleasantly surprised how implementing just one positive change opens up your mind to other positive changes.
