Is there anything more delicious than the natural earthy sweetness of a beet?

Is there anything more satisfying than its tender juiciness?

Beets are virtually fat free and low in calories, and rich in potassium, folic acid and antioxidant!

Beets promote heart health, help lower blood pressure, help lower LDL cholesterol and improve stamina!

They support liver function and soooo much more!!

(Have I mentioned how much I LOVE beets ???)

Beets are a fantastic detox food! I love them anytime...especially roasted!!

Tossing them in a green salad is awesome OR just make a beet salad!!


2 diced medium size roasted beets (aprox 3 cups) 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil sea salt & cracked black pepper to taste

Toss all ingredients and serve
